magandang gabi po,gusto ko lang po sanang tanungin kung paano po mag activate ng e-card kapag nasa abroad po ung mamy ko? kailangan po bang dala nya ung e-card sa abroad? kasi po napanood ko po sa tv na meron tru skype.ano pa po ba ang mga requirements. paano po nya maiwiwidraw ang pension nya kng dala nya ang e-card nya sa abroad.

gud pm po tanong ko lang po kung meron pa po bang survivor pension.namatay po kc ang dady ko noong 1990 at nakatanggap naman po ang mamy ko kaya lang natigil po dahil sabi nila until 10 years po na maclaim kaya po natigil na po ang survivor pension na natatanggap ng mamy ko.

To the Complaint Division of GSIS:
I retired from Development Bank of the Philippines, Zamboanga Branch last Oct. 2003 at age 57. I received my cash gift from GSIS when I reached the age of 60 in the year 2006. However, I haven’t received anything from the years 2007 to 2009 and I was informed by GSIS Zamboanga Branch that I will receive cash gift for said years when I’ll reach the age of 65. Last March 9, 2011, I turned 65 and this time, I was informed that I am no longer entitled to receive the cash gift for all the years that it wasn’t given to me. Hence, this complaint. I have heard from the GSIS Member’s Hour at NBN TV today, April 16, 2011 that there had been a precedent just as mine and the member pensioner was entitled to a refund of the cash gift that wasn’t given to him. I would like to ask for the same treatment and may this matter be looked upon into by your office immediately. Thank you.

morning po, tanong ko lang po bakit hanggang ngayon hindi pa po ako nakakaclaim sa availment ko sa educational plan ng anak ko naka pag filed na ako last 2 years na po ata kac 1st year college pa lang po anak ko nag filed na po ako but hanggang ngayon sabi ng laison officer ng office namin PAGASA(Weather Bureau) eh nasa claims pa rin lagi na lang sinasabi sa akin nasa claims ano po ba talaga ang dahilan makakaclaims pa rin ba ako at paano po ang last 2 years ma avail ko pa rin ba basta po wala pa ako naclaims ni kahit isang semester.

Gud Pm. Nag apply po ako ng maturity claim last August 30, 2011. Sabi sa akin balik after 2 weeks but until now wala pa. Ang laging sagot every inquiry ay on process, may hinihingi ang Manila…. Ask lang po ako kung ilang months po ba bago makuha ang maturity claim?
